I originally booked premium economy fare to use on a status match to delta. Now that CZ is leaving I decided the $100 cancel fee was worth it. The problem though is trying to reach the cancellation option by phone was impossible. Thanks for this thread, i was able to get things done.

[email protected] This email was given for cancellation. I emailed them and after 2 back and forth emails over last 24 hours and my cancellation and refund is in process.
Cutting it close with the flight a week away, this was highly efficient compared to calling. Now lets see if they enter OneWorld and maybe even become a partner of Alaska airlines, id be quite happy. I normally use Hainan for china travel but CZ has reasonably priced Premium Economy even if it means bussing it to NYC.
