In Siem Reap, there is a very nice Park Hyatt. A (ugly) Méridien as well.
I heard also that an Intercontinental was under construction in Sihanoukville.

So American chains are present in Cambodia.
The IC has been deflagged and is now 'The Royal Duke' or something of the like. There is a CY by Marriott opening Dec/Jan around the 240/63 intersection. Parents stayed at White Mansion a year ago and it was good. The latter two are within walking distance of Naga (though not a place I'd ever set foot in.... Naga that is).
