If I cancelled is it correct I would lose the £30.00 ticket price + £12.40 International/Domestic Surcharge but would get back the remaining £71.64?
I couldn't see any mentioned on the website but are there any additional service/admin fees Lufthansa charge for the cancellation?

Yes, that is correct. There are no additional fees as far as I know.
If you booked the ticket on Lufthansa.com, a simple way to know the amount of the refund would be to access your booking and click on the button "Cancel/Refund" just under the flight schedule. This won't cancel the ticket, but will immediately show you how much will be refunded should you decide to go ahead and confirm.
