Taxes refunded on an Economy Light ticket?

Hi,

I was wondering if my understanding is correct in that if I cancelled a non-refundable Economy Light ticket I would still get some of the taxes back?

The terms say:

Cancellation is not permitted. Unused fees and charges can be refunded. The international / domestic surcharge will not be refunded.

The breakdown is as follows:

Price Calculation
item Per adult

Ticket price 30.00 GBP

Taxes, fees & surcharges 84.04 GBP

International/Domestic Surcharge 12.40 GBP

Air Passenger Duty (APD) 13.00 GBP

Passenger Service Charge 20.44 GBP

Air Transport Tax 6.60 GBP

The German Aviation Security Charge is refundable if you are a transfer passenger arriving from the USA, Canada, Singapore or Montenegro in Frankfurt without undergoing an additional security check by the Federal Police. For refund of this fee please contact the Lufthansa Service center 8.00 GBP

Passenger Service Charge - Intl 23.60 GBP

Total price 114.04 GBP

If I cancelled is it correct I would lose the £30.00 ticket price + £12.40 International/Domestic Surcharge but would get back the remaining £71.64?

I couldn't see any mentioned on the website but are there any additional service/admin fees Lufthansa charge for the cancellation?

Thanks for any help.
