There is an Intercontinental on the road to PNH airport (not a nice location IMO)
In Siem Reap, there is a very nice Park Hyatt. A (ugly) Méridien as well.
I heard also that an Intercontinental was under construction in Sihanoukville.

So American chains are present in Cambodia.
