My preferred hotel (non-Hyatt) likely has a 20 year file on me and are intimately familiar with my specific preferences. I'm almost always given the same suite, toiletries, and find a plate of local flavorful strawberries along with my brand of preferred sweeter champagne in the room. This is the kind of futile comfort I expect from top drawer properties that these Park Hyatts aspire to be.
A few PHs treated me this well but some have been lost to bean counters and cost cutting GMs like at PH Seoul.
