Yes, if you booked a Classic fare for RAK-GVA (which you seem to have done), then as *G you get one more bag of up to 23kg.

With printed proof of your separate GVA-ZRH-SFO ticket in hand, the agents in RAK, if they are savvy enough, should be able to tag your bags all the way.
