Oddly enough, I've never had a problem ultimately being able to connect to a real live customer service representative at the British Airways North America Exeuctive Club.
It is actually sub-contracted out to an outfit called Carlson Management; located in the Minneapolis, MN area.
Your mission...should you choose to accept it... is to exactly follow the below steps...
You need to duplicate (often imitated, but rarely duplicated) the following protocal in the hopes of reaching a live person:
1. Must call the (800) 955-2748 telephone during conventional business hours - meaning .9:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. Mountain or Central Time. They used to be open from around 7:00 A.M. or 8:00 A.M. - about 7:00 P.M. Eastern Time, a while back, but I believe that their office hours have been shortened as part of BA's enhancements and refinements!
2. You must have a valid British Airways North America Executive Club number which has to be correctly entered in order to enter 'phone-tree heaven'!
3. You must then correctly enter your PIN Number so that you will be granted
access to 'phone'tree heaven'.
4. The system will then tell you that the Executive Club Number is not recognized as a vaild BA North America Executive Club Number.
5.
At this point in time, keep pressing the number "0" followed by the "#" key on your telephone..
6. Wait for the response... if it continues to ask you to put in your Executive Club Number, keep pressing the number "0" followed by the "#" key on your telephone.
7. Eventually, a mysterious voice from the heavens will tell you to please hold while your call is transferred to the next available agent! ^
This is the workaround you will need to following in order to attempt to speak with a live, air-breathing, individual at the British Airways North America Executive Club Service Center.
