DL sells it as a connection so it is within MCT. Whether it is within SCT (Sensible Connection Time) is subjective. If you misconnect, you face either a lousy reroute or at least a one-day delay. Unless there is a reason not to take an earlier flight out of SFO, given the hassle if you are delayed, I would not book this.
