Ancestry is one of the instant ones. Contact flastscreen and tell them when you signed up for ancestry. When you log onto the FFS page look for the help/FAQ , there is a link that says "I didn’t get credit for an offer, what went wrong?" on the bottom of that page is the link to contact them. Copy and paste the email ancestry sent to you when you signed up.
