In several stays I have never gotten an UG and always get a rather cramped room with a small bathroom. They may actually always give me the same room. I need a feather free room and that may be one of the hotels that keeps a few rooms feather free and assigns me one of those. My stays tend to be short so I have never been bothered enough to ask why they never UG me, although I am close to, if not at, 100% on UGs at other Marriott/SPG properties.
