You are right it is a Park Inn. Presumably, it's not on the same level as the full-service upscale hotels you mention.
However, right now, there's a shortage of hotels in the vincity of the new airport. So rates are high. Hence my previous suggestion to use points as award nights are on a more reasonable level.
