With current traffic (10pm local time which is not heavy traffic), you reach the hotel in 23 minutes, at least according to Google Maps.
Maybe some local can chime in.
I remember that this issue came up in another thread. There, a user claimed it's not that far. Maybe they've started opening new access roads? But I'm purely speculating. I booked the Park Inn for two trips in Oct/Nov but I later cancelled them because my flights ended up being in and out of Ataturk.
