Previously, as a Canadian citizen and US permanent resident, I used my permanent resident card at the global entry kiosks. After becoming a US citizen I went to an enrollment office and had them update my profile with my US passport number. When I tried to use the kiosk today I got an error message along the lines of “Canadian Citizens cannot use Global Entry.” (I was scanning my US passport.) Has this ever happened to anyone? When I check the TTP website all my information is correct.
