I called Marriott and said that I expected the miles to post by now. During the few days that I called Marriott several times, most of the agents just repeated the standard info and said they cannot do anything. One of the agents offered to open a ticket. I wasn't sure if the ticket would help, but things were not moving anyways, so I went along with her opening the ticket. For what it's worth, the miles posted the next day. not sure if it's coincidence or related to the ticket.
