How do I get a real person at BAEC NA Customer Service?
Called BAEC NA this morning at 800-955-2748 to follow up on correspondence concerning 500 bonus miles not credited in connection with transfer of miles from Starwood to BA in November 2003. Despite my efforts, I could not find any option to speak live with a human customer service representative. Tried pressing 0 but the BA system keeps one locked in permanent voice jail. I have their fax number but I'd really like to speak with someone. Can anybody tell me how?
