Currently staying and checking out tomorrow. They have serious wiring issues, let alone temperature control and TV apps(youtube/netflix) and channels not working properly. I will post more details once my stay is done. If what I am dealing with is consistent with other rooms, I would not recommend to spend their money or points until they fix it (or at least avoid the floor I am staying!) At this moment 12:19 am, instead of happily snoring in my comfy bed, I am dealing with the night manager regarding a lighting issue, same as last night. =(
