The Black Friday sale was sort of messed up. Some of the miles from purchases processed (with receipts emailed too) don't get posted for some reason. Something to watch for because you may have been charged for miles not posted to the account in the amount they should have posted.

For example, I saw an account that had paid 850 EUR in total for miles under the 100% bonus promotion, but the account only got credited for 42,000 miles. All this while the annual purchase limit on the account shows as having been drawn down from 50,000 to 16,000 for the purchases that have only been made during the promotion on Black Friday. So the account should have gotten 68,000 miles but only got 42,000 miles. Weird.

I don't want to imagine how messy this will be to fix. Any suggestions on how to get this kind of issue resolved?
