Ok, I took another gander at the fare family chart on ac.com and on the Refundability item, under Basic, it says "No refund No credit for future travel", but under Standard, Flex, and Comfort, it simply says "No refund", which to me, implies one would get credit for future travel. Furthermore, knowing that with Standard (fka Tango) and Flex I have received full (entire value) credit for future travel, I'll go out on a limb and say that this also applies for Comfort fares.
