I tried to book stay at this hotel with Hyatt points. The only room available to book is 17,000 with Club Access. I'd prefer to book room with base rate with 12,000 points and use my upgrade to Club Access. The 5,000 points would be wasted. Called Hyatt reservation and they won't change...
