im taking a trip to Phnom Penh in the spring and have noticed no large hotel chains have hotels there. There must be a good reason for this. But whatever the reason is, it’s hard for me to figure out which hotel is the best one or what area is the best to choose?

Does anyone have any any hotel recommendations for a US traveler in Phnom Penh?
