All above steps do not guarantee you would be immune from now on. But it does add locks for the fraudsters to get back to your account too easily. It is limited prevention but hopefully it could help a little.
That does not guarantee anything.
The only solution is to remove an email so nobody can log-in online. I did that for a while, never got hacked. But also cannot book online, would have to call in.
Got tired of that so re-instated my email. Got hacked two months later.
