If the charge posted as being from "Cashstar" then you used the mobile site and you are out of luck. If the charge posted as "Delta airlines" then you still have a chance for reimbursement.
The fact that you read the wiki and knew that mobile devices would not trigger the credit - but used a mobile device anyway - is mind-boggling.
