I had a 4 night stay booked - prior to the introduction of the resort scam fee. I actually canceled and booked elsewhere - and at a lower rate.

I have probably stayed here 60 nights
over the past 5 years, but I think the cash grab and the “benefits” being promoted is ridiculous. I’ll never stay here again.

Resorts should have resort amenities... on the beach, spectacular views, extraordinary service, spa services, fabulous pool facilities... this hotel has none of those things.

Ive also sent a email to management with my cancellation number and reasons for not staying there.
