I am not familiar with the Park Inn brand so please correct me if I am wrong. I thought the Park Inn brand was more akin to a Hilton Garden Inn, Four Points, and Hyatt Place, rather than a Hilton, Sheraton, or Hyatt Regency. If this is correct, then I would expect a fair price for Park Inn to be 50 EUR not 100 EUR.

100 EUR is more or less the price level of the Renaissance, Sheraton, and Hyatt Regency at Ataturk airport: full service hotels with an executive lounge. Compared to 50 EUR for Courtyard by Marriott or Hilton Garden Inn.
