Just saying "60 days' or "37 days' doesn't make it clear which it's counted from, and the count would very different starting from different days.
I don't know if the 37 days or 60 days would be counted from the same day. What multiple reps have told me lately is that the 37 days is measured from the day the fee was billed, i.e., the statement date (both are the same on my account).
