Numerous agents have told me about the pro-rated refund. After 37 days, they divide the annual fee by 12. Whenever you call within the 12 month period, they will give you a pro-rated refund of your fee, based on the date you cancel or change products. Is the 37 and the 60 measured from the same day? Ie, there's a time when annual fee is first billed, vs when it posts on a monthly statement, vs when it's due. Just saying "60 days' or "37 days' doesn't make it clear which it's counted from, and the count would very different starting from different days.
