No, CDG-ATL was on time. I was originally flying ORY-LHR-IAD BA/VS on a VS ticket, VS switched us to KL CDG-AMS-IAD, and after the AMS-IAD flight got cancelled they re-accommodate us on AF/DL.
Then AF had a duty of care to put you up in the hotel even though was weather related. The cancellation/reroute meant that duty of care applied even though you arrived in ATL on time on the rebooked flight.
