Strange crew, usual did fly to Asia, didn't fly to AMS before. (After take off (15:30) requsted to have all shades down and dimmed all lights. Dinner served in the dark. Somewhat later inflight a FA decided that Skybreak basket and the warm chocoloatee chip cookie was not applicable for AMS-LAX flights. Only after showing menu to inflight leader it was brought out.)
