This I agree with. I've probably gone out of my way a little bit more this year to gather points through personal travel than I normally would - but as I mainly travel EDI-LHR in Y for work, it makes my almost weekly commute that much easier being gold. I suspect my next TP year is not going to allow me to do so much person travel, so will end up being silver.
