IMO it would be folly to plan one's life on something clipped from the Internet. Internet content seldom has a date, and often is not removed when it no longer applies. Plus OneWorld is a loose consortium and members are free to impose their own policies, e.g. just a few months ago AA refused to connect my bags through ORD from a domestic AA inbound to an international AA outbound. That doesn't mean they wouldn't have protected the connection, but I'd get it in writing from AA c/s before heading out with a fragile connection.
