Be aware that the StR SF is supposed to start renovations of public spaces in early 2019 and of rooms/suites in mid 2019...or so I was advised in Sept. (The renovation start dates certainly have been pushed back over the last year.) You may want to have a back up property just in case the intended renovations are in any way problematic in reviews closer to your stay.
