Yes, and as I said above, that blog post has a grand total of two reports of people being declined for the IHG card, both of whom were well over 5/24 and one of whom barely had a 700 FICO.
Seems the writing is on the wall IHG and all other Chase cards going 5/24 so anybody who wants one would most most likely be better of applying sooner rather than later.
