How do you get it at $0 cost? I had a B&R carry on bought in 2004 or 2005, wheels went bad, and the version of wheels were not available online or the single local authorized repair shop in Dallas. B&R told me I had to mail it to their repair facility, at my cost, and that they would put on new wheels, and mail it back to me, at my cost. At over $100 and the time I have to spend to ship it to them, it wasn't worth it so I donated it, and will not buy any B&R product again. That's just my experience with B&R and their product with their lifetime warranty/guarantee.
