It would help if you gave some more details. What airline were you flying on when the coffee was spilled on your genitals? Who spilled it? Did you file a complaint in the aircraft/upon arrival? What treatment have you had since then? What information can your doctor give to the airline? From reading your post, it is not at all clear to me what actually happened.
