Effectively you cannot transfer-move ff miles/points from 1 ffp to another ffp.
A few minor exceptions like, SQ-VA and with avios, which is the ff currency of several ffp's (the airlines all owned by IAG). Maybe others
Sometimes can be moved via
www.points.com or webflyer (
http://www.webflyer.com/programs/mileage_converter/) or an intermediate loyalty program like a hotel. But the exchange rate is horrendous. Do not know if CX Asia miles has this feature (doubt it)
Anyway you can use CX Asia miles for award flights on JL, if there is availability. Book via CX Asiamiles
