I has only recently discovered Miles+Bonus and registered an account and missed the recent bonus miles sale. As I live in Asia, there is little chance for me to earn miles in Miles+Bonus. I will buy when they have sales again.

BTW, the route I am interested in is Europe-US, likely Swiss ZRH-LAX for 45K miles one-way business class. It is one of the lowest(the other I know is Turkish's Miles and Smiles) in terms of miles only. I just wonder what's the tax like. For UA and lifemiles, it is around $100. In Krisflyer, it is CHF300+. I was using TG as a benchmark to check where the tax likely falls.
