Has anyone done the walk from the hotel to the metro station CORNELIA or the metro station BALDO DEGLI UBALDI ?

Im not expecting to do this walk with luggage, but was wondering how feasible it is for everyday back and forth into the city.
Looking at google street view, it does NOT look like an easy or comfortable walk.
