I think I don't even want to know what else went wrong that I did not discover...
Scary ! I usually don't bother cross checking these things as there are systems that catch any errors/discrepancies fairly quickly. This thread makes me wonder otherwise. That said, I agree with @zap7 in that I don't want to know what else went wrong that I did not discover
