I received an email maybe three days before departure, allowing me to pre-order my entree. I ordered the salmon, which was excellent. The salad in the first-course was pathetic. There were more croutons than leafs of lettuce.

As usual, typos are Delta's. They need a new copy-editor.

From one of Napa Valley's classic wineries, this blend of 80% Chenin Blanc (for bright acidity and crisp sone fruit notes), with 20% Viognier (for richness and spice), is entirely fermented in stainless steel to allow each juicy layer to shine.
SOKOL-BLOSSER EVOLUTION
USA 2016 / Light Body
A 9-grape blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Gris plus aromatic varietals like Gewurtztraminer and Muller–Thuragu, this lively and fragrant wine is teeming with peach, apricot and melon fruit flavors, and gorgeous honeysuckle and orange blossom notes. Pairs incredibly well with spicy foods.

Monte Real Reserva
Spain 2012 / Medium Body
This is classic Rioja Reserva based on the region's indigenous Tempranillo grape. Extended barrel and bottle aging contribute complexity, and layers of scent and flavor ranging from dark plums and figs, to tobacco, vanilla and sweet spice.

From the venerable Burgundy Maison Louis Latour comes with elegant Pinot Noir grown in the Var district of Provence in southern France.
