This will be a rebrand of the existing Al Manshar Rotana - didn’t know it was under going a renovation. That hotel was built as part what was the Al Manshar Mall, which was torn down a few years ago and replaced with the new Al Kout Mall that opened last year. There were plans to rename the hotel the Al Kout Rotana, but good that the owning company is pairing with a bigger brand [the same company is opening the Grand Hyatt in another mall development in April 2020].
