It’s interesting hearing everyone at the gate telling the agents about Heathrow’s rules (not like it’s up to Swissport staff to decide whether to cancel or not). But they’ve all got a different version.
FO was Adam Aston, one of the BA twitterati, who also operated my last 767 sector a couple of months back. Skipper was a guy called Chris Letchford, seemingly held in high regard. It's been a long goodbye for that fleet.
