agreed! I’ve gotten some push back from Citi agents on some Amans but I’ve found that HUACA works quite well. I’ve ever negotiated directly with hotel first and then had the booking sent in from Citi. Also nice when it combines with a night free (did that at Amanyara; soon to do that at Twin farms)
Losing this perk is going to hurt me at a rate of thousands per year unfortunately but I can see why Citi is guttinf this perk.
