QR J ticket should have got you lounge access to the Almost@Home lounge I think. Finnair just refused access because of the renovation.

Otherwise it's best to ask this in the Qatar forum because it's Qatar that'll be doing the checking. My experience from a while ago is yes, but I think QR outstations differ in terms of quality of staff.
