Hi - currently planning family trip next year and left with some questions...

If I understood correctly there are 2 type of companion tickets (as an Elite member):
- 50% reduction in price for a same class ticket
- companion award ticket at 70% of normal miles

Does anybody know if you can have both - ie buy an eligible ticket (eg J or C if I am correct) and then get 50% of a second ticket, and then get a third ticket as an award at 70% of the normal miles?

I know it sounds unrealistic but could not find anything on TK's website that says so...
