If DL is selling the connection, it is within MCT. I would not worry about this as there are at least two later DL flights as well as AS, AA, and UA serving the route as well. As your inbound flight departs the EU, EC 261/2004 applies and DL has every incentive to get you out of SEA as fast as possible.
