so.......++15,000 and I know now to wait about 6 months before I try again.
I've been on vacation and gotten a little behind in this thread and now am seeing all this talk about SM and matches gone. Just this week I wrote one SM to match on one account and another SM to close another and in both cases got replies and were successful.
