Hi All,

I'm having a hell of a time trying to book a D class airfare from DEL-JFK via KUL and NRT. I’ve tried Amex travel as well as MH direct and haven’t had any luck. There are 2 x issues:-

1. There is one sector that does not have any Biz seats available so I wanted to waitlist that - MH are adamant that I they’re not permitted to waitlist despite the fare rules indicating that waitlist is permitted.

2. The MH codeshare NRT-JFK only has I class (ie Lower than D) despite the JL code having every biz fare class at 9 sears. - regardless The JL code should be permitted to book but it doesn’t Price out on ITA matrix

Any way to get through to a savvy agent or has anyone had similar experiences with MH that can help provide some guidance?

Any ideas?
