I was on one of these A321s a few weeks ago in that exit row (don't recall the row number). When the FA came to brief the exit row she goes: "Whoa, when did we put seats here?". She brought another FA along and he was surprised too. They agreed that they were surprised DL hadn't figured out they could cram those seats in earlier.
