1, Air China transit desk in PEK T3E could offer accommodation service when transit between Air China international flights. But hotel choice is generally not very good.

Thats an understatement! I had a quick look at the Beijing ones on Trip Advisor and they all looked pretty grim. And price showing between US$28 and $50 a night for the various hotels so not exactly a huge benefit.
